What
Nozstock: The Hidden Valley is a boutique festival combining performance, art, electronic music and some good old-fashioned guitar-strumming and drum-bashing. The festival site is set on a working farm in Bromyard and has always attracted a diverse audience, from newbies coming for the very first time to seasoned festival goers. Over the last 20 years, the festival has evolved from 50 friends at the inaugural gathering into an intimate musical odyssey. Since its humble beginnings, Nozstock’s ethos has always been to provide a weekend of escapism far from the madding crowds.
The fancy dress and site theme for 2018 is Nozstalgia.

What’s on
The music line-up at Nozstock encompasses everything from hip-hop, ska and folk to funk, pop and drum and bass. Headliners for this year’s festival include Chase & Status (DJ set + Rage), Goldfrapp and Grandmaster Flash, The Selecter, Dub Pistols and Electric Swing Circus.
As well as the music, there’s plenty of games and activities to keep you amused and entertained. At The Cabinet of Lost Secrets, make like Alice and follow the white rabbit down into the jewel of the Hidden Valley, a maze of tunnels and trapdoors where time twists and turns as everyone plunges into the surreal. For your entertainment fix, head to The Bantam of the Opera, which showcases a variety of theatre, circus acts and puppetry. There’s also the Wrong Directions Cinema and crafts and activity village, where you can take part in basket weaving, costume making and mushroom carving.
Nozstock is also a child-friendly festival, with games, pop-up performances, and workshops for little ones. All events and activities are free of charge in the Little Wonderland Kids’ Area across the whole weekend. There’s even a bottle warming service!
