What
Love Trails Festival is set in the beautiful Gower Peninsula in South Wales, and combines running and adventure sports with live music, street food and wellbeing workshops.
This year is the Official World Beer Mile Championships and the world’s first Adventure Obstacle Course, where you get into teams of four to run around a 5km looped course with obstacles such as axe throwing, bouldering problems and archery all set to spice things up.

The festival is located on a working farm in the Gower Peninsula near Swansea, famous for its rugged coastline and long stretches of beach.

The festival takes place the weekend of 4-7 July 2019, and it is possible to purchase either weekend of Sunday day tickets.

What’s on
Choose a small group guided trail run from 3km to 55km, or take off on a self-guided adventure with highlights including Run to Surf (run 14km and then enjoy a surf session) the Beer Mile Relay, Run to Coasteering or Run to Rock Climbing. London’s trailblazing crew Midnight Runners will host their largest ever sunset party run, with over 500 expected to participate.
Get inspired by some fantastic talks and workshops run by professional athletes, adventurers, change-makers, world record holders, community leaders and ordinary people doing extraordinary things. Topics include how to trail run, running the perfect pace and practicing sustainability and adventure.
Music acts announced include the likes of DJ Luck, Hackney Colliery Band, Afriquoi, The Correspondents, Joel Culpepper, Prince Fatty Soundsystem and Charlie Dark.
Festival-goers can relax and recuperate in the wellbeing area by partaking in various forms of yoga (including Reggae Yoga and Visanya Yoga) and enjoying a dip in the plunge pool and hot tubs.
